about

I've spent over two decades building and scaling businesses across creative studios, family offices, and tech startups.

Most recently as COO and Managing Partner at a design and tech studio, I scaled operations by building a high-performing team, securing larger contracts and new business, restructuring pricing and workflows, and launching the lab that evolved the company into a venture lab studio.

In 2009, I founded Markets of the City, an online directory celebrating artisan and farmers' markets. I later co-founded Identity Pop, the creative arm of the Intellectual Digital family office.

From 2017–2020, I ran Papa Chiang's Dumplings, serving my father's legendary dumplings 🥟 to the community.
(Something's simmering — stay tuned.)

Photography and travel taught me to notice what makes daily life more joyful, the small moments that delight. I bring that attention to my work, creating experiences (in person or digital) that add lightness, ease, and a bit of a smile to the everyday.
