I manage and source production resources globally for companies like Fab.com, Dynomighty Design, and Lazy Susan USA under demanding timelines and budgets. I also streamline collaborative ideation, design and product process that results in shorter development timelines.

DYNOMIGHTY DESIGN

I developed and implemented project roadmap calendars to communicate with stakeholders on design, production, print materials, and tradeshow milestones. In less than 3 months, Dynomighty then achieved on time development for tradeshow products for the first time. I oversaw and managed the launch of the mini wallet, tablet, and laptop collections as well as the Print on Demand program for custom wallets. I also established a new supply chain operation; resulting in 25% cost savings and moved their European DC to a more cost effective and long term 3PL facility.

Dynomighty is the original creator of the Mighty Wallet designed by Terrence Kelleman in 2005. It was the first ever wallet made with DuPont™ Tyvek®, folded entirely out of a single sheet.
